Daniel Farke has named an attacking Leeds United side at Old Trafford, with Gabi Gudmundsson, Jaka Bijol and Noah Okafor all starting against Manchester United tonight.

According to yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk, Anton Stach and Joe Rodon are out with ankle injuries from last weekend’s FA Cup quarter-final win at West Ham, and Farke said it is probably unrealistic to expect either back this month.

Dan James also remains sidelined after an adductor strain sustained before that tie. Meanwhile, Brighton loanee Facundo Buonanotte is among the substitutes.

Okafor lines up in a front three with Brenden Aaronson and Dominic Calvert-Lewin. Gudmundsson missed the West Ham tie with a light groin issue after international duty, while Bijol had a knock and had not trained by Thursday.

Okafor was withdrawn in the second half at the London Stadium after going down injured, with Farke hoping it was only cramp. The winger missed training on Thursday with back problems.

Farke said on Thursday all three would have been unavailable had the game been on Friday, and he hoped extra days would aid their recovery. All three are named in the XI.

Leeds United XI: Darlow, Bogle, Justin, Bijol, Struijk, Gudmundsson, Ampadu, Tanaka, Aaronson, Okafor, Calvert-Lewin. Subs: Perri, Byram, Bornauw, Longstaff, Gruev, Gnonto, Buonanotte, Piroe, Nmecha.
