Leandro Trossard has given the green light to his move to Besiktas, bringing his Arsenal career to an end.
Fabrizio Romano reports the Belgian approved the transfer on Monday, having taken time to weigh up his options.
He will travel to Istanbul on Tuesday evening for a medical and contract signing. Arsenal will receive €18m (£15m) guaranteed, plus a further €2m in add-ons.
The Gunners accepted those terms last week, leaving the decision solely with the player. Trossard is expected to sign a three-year contract, with the option of a further year.
Besiktas had held positive talks with his camp in the United States, where he had been on World Cup duty with Belgium.
The 31-year-old had just 12 months remaining on his Arsenal deal, having signed adjusted terms in 2025 that raised his wages without extending his stay. Arsenal moved to sell rather than risk losing him for nothing.
Trossard made 174 appearances for Arsenal after joining from Brighton in January 2023, scoring 36 goals and providing 34 assists.
He played 50 times last season as the club won a first league title in 22 years, and also reached the Champions League final.

His final goal for the club came in a 1-0 win over West Ham, a result that edged Arsenal closer to the title. He scored eight times across all competitions in 2025-26.
Mikel Arteta has been looking to upgrade his left flank, with Gabriel Martinelli’s future also uncertain.
Club Brugge winger Christos Tzolis has been identified as a possible replacement, while Arsenal are also pushing to sign Julian Alvarez.
Besiktas, who are managed by Sergen Yalcin, are also in talks over a move for Romelu Lukaku.
