The final game of the Barcelona preseason tour in Asia is now approaching. With just one game left to play in South Korea, the Catalan side will then return home to Spain. However, before Barcelona can do that, they must face off against Daegu FC.

Unfortunately for La Blaugrana, two key players are now likely to miss that game. This update becomes relevant following a recent incident in training that seemed initially worrying but is not all that serious.

As highlighted by Mundo Deportivo, both Fermin Lopez and Inigo Martinez left the recent Barcelona training session early, and it initially seemed as if some new injuries had come into the picture. The reality, however, is not that concerning.

Both players withdrew from the session for precautionary reasons. Inigo left early due to muscle fatigue, while Fermin was dealing with a minor knock to his knee sustained during Saturday’s training. In both cases, Barcelona are taking the necessary steps to avoid any risk of aggravation.

Martinez also missed the previous game, which suggests his condition requires a bit more caution. Fortunately, according to Victor Navarro, both players are in good condition overall, and thus their absence against Daegu is purely a preventive measure to ensure full recovery and avoid any unnecessary setbacks.
