FLW's Burnley fan pundit has given his verdict on the popularity of the ownership among supporters
Burnley are back in the Championship after coming 19th in the Premier League last season.
The Clarets will be keen to ensure they can go straight back up yet again, having become a bit of a yo-yo club in recent years.
ALK Capital have already overseen two promotions to the Premier League in their last two campaigns in the second tier.
Both Vincent Kompany and Scott Parker led the Lancashire outfit to the top flight, but both were unable to keep them there.
It will be a busy summer at Turf Moor, with the owners looking to further invest in the first team squad, but first they will need to appoint a new head coach.
Parker was dismissed near the end of the campaign, and the Championship side have yet to confirm a permanent successor.

When asked about the relationship supporters have with the owners, FLW’s Burnley fan pundit Aaron Wright claimed that there is a lot of tension between the two groups following their relegation to the Championship.
However, he believes they have done some good work, and if they can sort out the recruitment department, and change the kits to proper claret, then they will win over the majority of fans.
“They can be is probably the easiest way to [answer],” Wright told Football League World.
“They’re making a lot of wrong decisions. It seems like they’re doing some sort of backroom rebuild currently.
“Whether that’s going to be right, I don’t know.
“They haven’t seemed to struggle in the Championship so far, but in the Premier League they’re getting things so horribly wrong, and that’s just on the pitch.
“Off the pitch, there’s a lot of tension between fans and the owners.
“Whether that’s right or wrong, I don’t know.
“But, I think there’s a kind of neutral [stance], you can kind of see good things that they’re doing through the women’s team, the academy is doing decently.
“But we’re just getting things wrong in the recruitment department. If we sorted that out and made the kits actually claret again, they’d be in very good standing.
“Well, very good is maybe an overstretch, just neutral to okay.”
ALK Capital completed their takeover of Burnley in December 2020, with Alan Pace becoming chairman as a result.
He has overseen a lot of key decisions behind the scenes at Turf Moor in that time, including the arrivals of Kompany and Parker as manager.
The pair both led the Clarets to promotion to the Premier League, in 2023 and 2025 respectively, but the club finished 19th in the division in the subsequent campaigns.
While the Belgian went to Bayern Munich following the relegation he oversaw, Parker was dismissed last April after their place in the bottom three was confirmed.
Mike Jackson led the remaining few games of the season, but the search is now underway for a permanent successor.
Steven Gerrard has been linked with the vacancy, but the former Rangers boss has yet to be confirmed as the appointment.
The 45-year-old has been out of work since January 2025, but could be ready to make his return to management.
With the transfer window now open, fans will be hoping that a decision is made sooner rather than later.

Burnley have become stuck in a loop of going up and coming down under their relatively new owners, and they now face a big challenge to get out of this situation positively.
This season will be massive in maintaining a healthy relationship with the fans, who want to see their team compete at the highest level again.
There will be stiff competition to earn promotion, particularly with two well-established top flight sides coming down with them in West Ham and Wolves.
A failure to gain promotion could lead to things souring at Turf Moor, particularly as failing to go up at the first opportunity will only make it tougher to re-establish the club at a Premier League level in the future.
