Flamengo fans are hoping Samir’s social media posts are a cryptic message that the Udinese defender may be set for a return to the Rubro-Negro.
The 27-year-old centre-back spent two years with the Mengão’s first team before leaving for the Italian club in January 2016.
He has been a mainstay for Le Zebrette this season, starting 17 of their 18 Serie A games to date.
The only match he missed was the recent draw with Milan that he sat out due to suspension for accumulation of yellow cards.
So it would be quite a surprise if the former Brazil U-21 international was to leave during the current transfer window.

However the above set of emojis do suggest that he may be on the way out of the Stadio Friuli.
Samir, who can also fill in at left-back, has made 147 appearances in all competitions in his five years on the books at Udinese.
