Dayann Methalie’s proposed move to Sunderland has been thrown into doubt after concerns emerged during his medical.
According to L'Équipe, the 19-year-old Toulouse defender is said to have failed his medical at the English club, with a source suggesting something was amiss.

His Premier League switch is inevitably compromised. Further medical tests would now be required, and Methalie is returning to France.
Only days earlier, Toulouse had rejected a €33m offer from the same club.
