Liam Cullen changed it in the fifth minute of second half stoppage time with a guided header into the top right corner, earning Swansea City a 1-1 draw with Preston North End.
Introduced in the 75th minute, Cullen immediately offered penalty box presence. He drew a block with his first sight of goal (79.). Moments later, another close range attempt was crowded out after Josh Key's headed pass (80.).
Deep in stoppage time, the forward timed his run across the centre to meet Gustavo Nunes' whipped cross, steering the equaliser into the far corner. It rewarded his constant movement between centre backs as Swansea kept deliveries coming from wide.
He finished with three attempts, three touches in the box and one tackle won, underlining an impact built on activity and aerial timing in limited minutes. The late header also came from his only effort on target.
Because Swansea loaded the flanks and sustained pressure with frequent crosses, Cullen's near post darts and ability to attack first contact kept Preston pinned and opened the angle that finally told.
Swansea City visit Ipswich Town next. Preston host Millwall.
