Valencia are looking to move on Baptiste Santamaría and Dani Raba before pre-season as Carlos Corberán and Ron Gourlay reshape the squad. According to AS, the club want a stronger group than last season, with few of last summer’s signings set to remain for 2026-27.

Santamaría and Raba are not in the plans after underwhelming campaigns. The intention is for neither to report when pre-season begins.

Both signed two-year contracts to June 2027, though, as it stands, they are unlikely to see them out.

Their representatives have been informed the club will entertain mutually satisfactory offers to terminate the deals and create room for new arrivals, ideally before day one of work.

Corberán prefers not to carry players he does not intend to use in pre-season. Last year Guillamón was kept largely apart until he joined Hajduk Split.
