Vasco held, Cruzeiro beaten at home as only Bragantino keep 100 percent record

The Brasileirão continued on Thursday with Vasco held 1-1 by Chapecoense at São Januário, Bahia drawing 1-1 with Fluminense in Salvador, and Cruzeiro beaten 2-1 by Coritiba at the Mineirão. Only Bragantino have six points after two rounds.
Coluna Do Fla reports on Thursday's fixtures and the early table. Bragantino beat Coritiba on the opening weekend then Atlético-MG on Wednesday 04, the only side on six points.
Vasco led through the Uruguayan full-back Pumita Rodriguez, but Jean Carlos levelled at 46 minutes of the second half, prompting protests against Fernando Diniz’s team inside São Januário.
John Kennedy put Fluminense ahead at Fonte Nova. Rogério Ceni’s side, featuring Everton Ribeiro, pushed on and Kike Olivera equalised to delight the home crowd.
Tite’s Cruzeiro, with Gerson and Fabrício Bruno, took the lead via a Matheus Pereira stunner. Lavega equalised before half-time, then Breno Lopes completed the turnaround early in the second half. Home supporters called for Tite to go.
Corinthians and Athletico-PR did not play in this round and have a game in hand. Corinthians faced Capivariano in the Paulista on Thursday, and Dorival Júnior’s team won 3-0.
Flamengo will chase their first league win on Tuesday 10 against Vitória in Salvador. Before that they meet Sampaio Corrêa in the Carioca at the Maracanã, kick-off 21:00 Brasília time.
