Vasco sign defender Gabriel Pereira on loan with option to buy | OneFootball

Vasco have announced the signing of defender Gabriel Pereira on loan, with an option to buy that could become obligatory if targets in the agreement are met.

The 26-year-old Brazilian has signed until June 2027, with a purchase option valid through December 2030. He arrives from Copenhagen in Denmark.

Born in Rio de Janeiro, he will use only his first name on his shirt and will wear number 55.

The defender comes in to strengthen the back line for the remainder of the season. The deal was negotiated during the window and finalised once the structure was agreed, with the player's will decisive in the process.

Gabriel Pereira was not named to face Grêmio. He has not yet trained with the squad and will only be available for the next round of the Brasileirão.
