Unai Vencedor’s exit from Athletic is moving forward, with Burgos the likely destination barring a late U-turn once he agrees a contract termination. According to as.com, the Rekalde midfielder is being lined up if the final details are settled.

He has been the only Athletic player under contract training on his own with a club-arranged fitness coach before rejoining the main group. New head coach Edin Terzic did not include him in initial plans.
