CIES, the Football Observatory, says FC Porto midfielder Victor Froholdt has the highest estimated market value outside the Big-5 at €83.7m. Portugal lead the top 10.
The list is headed by Froholdt ahead of Benfica striker Vangelis Pavlidis on €65m, with Al Hilal’s Gabriel Martinelli third on €63.6m.

Sporting’s Luis Suárez sits fourth on €62.9m. Porto’s Oskar Pietuszewski is seventh on €60.7m.
Benfica’s Gianluca Prestianni ranks eighth at €57.9m, while Sporting’s Gonçalo Inácio is ninth on €57m.
The ranking uses an updated statistical model and is accompanied by a wider top 100.
