Víctor Jr. nets first Valladolid goal and wins penalty as Braulio Vázquez takes note | OneFootball

Víctor Jr. delivered his first standout display for Real Valladolid, scoring his first goal and winning a penalty in a 3-1 win over Córdoba in LaLiga Hypermotion.

According to Superdeporte, the 18-year-old attacking midfielder beat the goalkeeper at the near post with his left foot and drew a spot-kick from Juan Gutiérrez after a sharp piece of skill.

The performance came only days after Braulio Vázquez took charge of Valencia’s sporting department, with the new chief taking note of the loanee.

Víctor is spending 2026/27 on loan at Valladolid with no option to buy, continuing his development in LaLiga Hypermotion. He has started four of the first seven league matches and is on the up.

Last season, on loan from Levante UD, he impressed for VCF Mestalla with 12 goals and four assists, prompting Valencia to pay €100,000 to secure him permanently.

Under contract at Valencia until 2029, he is on loan in Pucela with a clause that penalises Valladolid if a pre-set appearance quota is not met. Valencia also retain a January recall option.
