Miroslav Klose links Lazio with Bayern Munich and gave fans a tour of the Eternal City ahead of tonight’s Champions League match.
The first leg of the Round of 16 tie kicks off at the Stadio Olimpico at 20.00 GMT.
Klose saw out his playing career at these two clubs, wearing the Bayern Munich jersey from 2007 to 2011, then remaining at Lazio until his retirement in 2016.
The former striker then returned to Bayern as a youth coach and an assistant manager to Hansi Flick until June 2021.
Klose had a tour around his old home ahead of tonight’s match for Amazon Prime Italia, who are showing the game.
“Beautiful. So many places, so many memories. All it takes is a moment to enter into everyone’s hearts. You change point of view, everything you see is a piece of history of the world or of football.
“This team and this city, they change you. And now, what shall we do? The game is on. Let’s go!”
