Volendam host Feyenoord in the Eredivisie at the Kras Stadion on Sunday, 5 April 2026, with the visitors looking to consolidate second place and the hosts seeking vital points in the relegation battle.
Feyenoord are second on 53 points, while Volendam sit 15th with 27. The head to head leans heavily towards the visitors, who have four wins and a draw from the last five meetings, although this fixture in April 2024 finished goalless.
Form is mixed. Volendam have taken one point from four league games since beating Groningen, but did draw 2-2 away at Ajax last time out and have earned 22 of their 27 points at home. Feyenoord drew with Ajax after edging Excelsior, either side of a 3-3 at NAC Breda and defeat at FC Twente.
Availability could shape the visitors' line-up. Feyenoord list defenders Gernot Trauner, Bart Nieuwkoop, Jerry St. Juste and Thomas Beelen as injured, along with Hwang In-beom, Sem Steijn, Anis Hadj Moussa and Leo Sauer. Volendam are without Dave Kwakman and Benjamin Pauwels.
On the pitch, Feyenoord have scored 61 league goals and kept eight clean sheets, with sharper passing at 83.12% and a cross accuracy of 22.83%. League top scorer Ayase Ueda leads their threat with 22 goals, while Jordan Bos and Mats Deijl have supplied regularly. Volendam have 30 goals for and 48 against, so set-up and discipline without the ball may be crucial against the visitors' attack.
A home win would move Volendam to 30 points and could create breathing room above the relegation places. Victory for Feyenoord would take them to 56 points and further cement their Champions League qualification spot in second.
