Gemma Grainger has announced her 26-player Wales squad for a home double header in the UEFA Women’s Nations League matches against Iceland and Germany.
Rachel Rowe returns to the squad after missing out on last month’s matches due to injury, while Hannah Cain and Ceri Holland are available again after missing the second match in the previous camp due to injuries. Ellen Jones and Morgan Rogers are the two uncapped players in the squad.
The fixtures are the final matches in Wales’ inaugural UEFA Nations League campaign. The Iceland match at the Cardiff City Stadium on Friday 1 December (KO 19:15) is an all-to play for fixture to secure a potential play-off spot for the 2025 UEFA EURO 2025 finals, while the fixture with Germany on Tuesday 5 December (KO 18:30) will be the side’s first match at the Swansea.com Stadium since 2018.
Tickets for for both matches are available to purchase on the FAW ticketing website, priced at £10 for adults and £5 for children.
