The 2-1 loss to Bangu in the Campeonato Carioca opener on Wednesday 14 was his last outing for the club. He said his goodbyes after the match.

Speaking in the mixed zone at Estádio Moça Bonita, Wallace Yan confirmed he is leaving Flamengo. He said he had learned a great deal, that he was leaving home and that he hoped to bring many joys.

The forward broke into the senior side in 2024, making 37 appearances. He scored seven goals and registered five assists.

He was part of two trophy-laden seasons with Flamengo, lifting the Brasileirão, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Campeonato Carioca and Supercopa do Brasil.
