Dixon spent a decade at Everton, making his Premier League debut in August 2024, playing the full match in a 4-0 defeat at Tottenham Hotspur. Later that month he appeared as a substitute in a 3-0 Carabao Cup win over Doncaster Rovers.

He spent the second half of last season on loan at Stockport County in League One, featuring nine times.

At Walsall he is set to compete with Elicha Ahui and Rico Browne for the right-back spot. Dixon earned two England under-20 caps in 2024 and previously represented the under-16s.
