FC Barcelona is fortunate enough to possess some of the world’s most talented superstars. For the Catalan giants, it is both a privilege and a responsibility that they must take care of. However, there are certain talents at Barcelona who are simply in a league of their own.
From among those special talents, there is perhaps one who stands out the most at the club. That would be 18-year-old Lamine Yamal, and the Spanish winger is the right pick for anyone who wants to see a talented youngster play without fear.
After all, it is not just on the pitch that the Barcelona superstar shows off his tricks and magic. Even in training, he finds no difficulty in embarrassing his teammates if they come up against him when the ball is at his feet.

As highlighted by Mundo Deportivo, the most recent victims for Yamal were none other than Barcelona teammates Robert Lewandowski and Gavi. Before their rondo practice, both players tried to take the ball off Yamal simultaneously but he ended up completely leaving them bewildered.
Two quick touches lured the players in, and then a blink-and-you-miss-it Elastico sent them both packing – with Lewandowski audibly impressed. To get back at him, Gavi tried to follow up by pressing Yamal once more but the 18-year-old Barcelona winger just glided past him with ease yet again.

However, the Polish veteran did not seem to let Yamal’s antics slide. Grabbing him by the collar playfully, he snatched the ball back as the young Barcelona star was left laughing at him and what he had just done.

It is through moments like these that a player’s true skill and actual trickery can be seen. With his quick footwork and impressive mastery of the football, Lamine Yamal is the kind of talent that Barcelona aspires to develop at La Masia.
With him, in particular, there is a lot to be excited about. For starters, he is expected to receive his new shirt number today and it is one that is going to help follow in the footsteps of Barcelona icons. Moreover, a former owner of that number at the club believes he has what it takes to own it as well.
