West Brom will take a bumper following to Ewood Park on Bank Holiday Monday after another small ticket release for their relegation showdown.

According to ExpressAndStar.com, Albion quickly sold out their initial allocation then asked Blackburn to open the upper tier of the away end to increase capacity.

That section is usually closed for most games, but Blackburn agreed and the extra seats were snapped up, meaning James Morrison's side will be backed by just under 7,400 fans.

The decision frustrated some home supporters, particularly after Blackburn promoted an away-end hospitality offer to travelling fans.

On Wednesday morning West Brom said they had received a further 100 tickets from the hosts for season ticket holders, while sections of the Blackburn support voiced concern about handing relegation rivals the full Darwen End and suggested it was a risk that might look different depending on the result.
