FLW's Baggies Fan Pundit believes Amario Cozier-Duberry would provide some much needed "spark" on the right for Ryan Mason's side

West Bromwich Albion have been urged to explore a loan deal for Brighton winger Amario Cozier-Duberry in January, who’s currently tearing League One apart with Bolton Wanderers.
Albeit the Baggies won their first league game in five against Oxford United last Saturday, Ryan Mason has come under a lot of scrutiny as the club sit 14th in the Championship.
Journalist Alan Nixon reported via his Patreon that Millwall's Alex Neil is being considered as Mason's potential successor.
But, with Football Insider reporting that the Board have no plans of relieving the former Spurs man of his duties, attention may turn to who he can bring to the Black Country in January.

FLW's Baggies Fan Pundit, Callum Burgess, believes the solution to Mason's problems could be Amario Cozier-Duberry, who continues to impress while on loan at Bolton Wanderers a league below.
Having arrived in Lancashire on a season-long loan from the Seagulls this summer, Cozier-Duberry has scored seven goals and registered six assists in 17 appearances across all competitions.
Last season, the young winger spent time on loan at Blackburn Rovers in the second-tier, although he only scored once - which is perhaps why Brighton wanted him to drop down a level in the first place.
"Following his success with Bolton in League One, and it clearly seems like he's too good for the level, if Brighton think that he could still play as well as he is in a higher division, then I'd like to see Albion come in for Amario Cozier-Duberry," Burgess told FLW.
"I think that Albion's definitely lacking a right-winger. Wallace's injury problems and whether Iling-Junior is a natural fit on the right-hand side remains to be seen," he added.
With only 14 goals scored so far in 15 league games, it’s fair to say West Brom's attacking vulnerabilities have been laid bare throughout the opening months of this season.
"Even though I think that he (Iling-Junior) has some credit in the bank for his performances, I think he's half decent, if Cozier-Duberry can come in and bring in a bit of a spark - similar to what Mikey Johnston has on the left-hand side - then I think that's definitely something Albion should look to be doing," Burgess explained.
"Albeit not as consistently as everyone would want, Johnston loves to cut-in from the left and shoot on his right foot - Cozier-Duberry does the same but on the opposite flank.
"Yes, it's against weaker opposition, but so far this season it's been with greater effect."

If any clubs from a higher division take interest in the 20-year-old winger, Brighton's stance on Cozier-Duberry's future will ultimately prove the decisive one in any potential January move. Reports have suggested he will be staying at Bolton this winter, but things can change in the build-up to the end of the winter window.
However, Bolton's sporting director Fergal Harkin has spoken positively about the player's immediate prospects, suggesting that the Seagulls remain content with his development trajectory at the Toughsheet Community Stadium.
Speaking on The Wanderers Way Podcast, Harkin said: "The first day he trained, the players took to him. It's not just his ability on the ball, he has got this smile that people want to engage with. When he loses the ball, I've never seen anyone work harder to get it back. Wingers will lose the ball, but Amario is doing brilliantly for us. Really, really happy with him."
Harkin also addressed potential recall concerns by saying: "You talk about him being recalled… in every loan deal, the mother club have the option to recall the player a lot of the time.
"But I speak to Brighton regularly, and they are very happy. What we said we would deliver for Amario, we are. He is performing for us, they are very happy with him, and I don't see that changing."
Regardless of whether the proposed ‘solution’ of Cozier-Duberry is actually someone West Brom will actually pursue in just under two months time remains to be seen, but you can tell by the goals he’s scored this season, it’d be like having another Mikey Johnston at the club.
