West Ham are considering the sale of Mohammed Kudus this summer to fund their transfer business, amid interest from Saudi Arabia.
Al-Nassr are prepared to offer a fee of €100m (£85.5m) to sign Kudus, with the Ghana international one of several Premier League-based targets.
Kudus shone during his debut campaign at West Ham last season but has struggled to replicate those performances in 2024/25, scoring just three times in 30 appearances. Despite that record, there is strong interest in the 24-year-old from Saudi Arabia and Premier League rivals.
Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool have all tracked Kudus, who ranks second in the Premier League for successful take-ons this season. He led all of Europe’s top five leagues on that metric last season, alongside scoring 14 goals in all competitions.
Kudus has a release clause of £85m in his contract at the London Stadium, though the figure is higher for Saudi Pro League sides (£120m). Al-Nassr are aiming to tempt West Ham into a sale with a £85.5m bid and are ‘confident’ that the Hammers will do business at a fee lower than the Saudi clause.
The Saudi side are desperate to side a new wide player and had a £77m bid for Brighton’s Kaoru Mitoma rejected in January. Mitoma, Bournemouth winger Antoine Semenyo and Liverpool’s Luis Diaz remain alternative targets.
However, Kudus appears the easiest deal with the forward reportedly unsettled at West Ham. The Irons are also keen to bring in funds to back Graham Potter, ahead of his first summer in charge.
