According to German broadcaster Sky Deutschland, West Ham have agreed to pay a fee of €15.5m to Bayern Munich as an initial fee.

The east London club have also consented to pay add-ons worth €4m based on his performances once he joins.

West Ham also have a verbal agreement in place over a contract with Mazraoui for a move to the London Stadium this summer.

However, a deal is not done yet as key financial aspects of the deal are still to be worked out.

Manchester United are ‘still there’ in the transfer scrap, but West Ham have the edge in the race.

The Hammers will want to close out the deal soon.
