West Ham have parted ways with head coach Graham Potter after a disappointing start to the season.
Potter, who joined the club in January on a two-and-a-half-year deal to succeed Julen Lopetegui, leaves after a run of poor performances.
The decision comes just ahead of West Ham’s Monday night trip to Everton, managed by former Hammers boss David Moyes.
The team has struggled to find form in the 2025/26 campaign, claiming only three points from five matches. Four defeats and a solitary win against Nottingham Forest have left West Ham second from bottom in the league, just above Wolves, who are yet to record a victory.
Over his tenure, Potter secured just six wins in 23 Premier League games, having guided the team to a 14th-place finish last season.
Reports suggest that West Ham are set to appoint Nuno Espirito Santo, formerly of Nottingham Forest, as the club’s new head coach.
Espirito Santo is expected to take over before the Everton match, following encouraging talks with the West Ham board.
