West Ham United have started serious talks about a loan deal for Raheem Sterling. They want to strengthen an attack that has struggled to score goals lately. Meanwhile, Raheem Sterling has been left out in the cold at Stamford Bridge. His massive £325,000 weekly wage makes it very hard for him to leave on a permanent deal. West Ham are taking a big risk. This move could either kickstart their season or just make their wage bill even harder to manage. Some critics think Sterling is past his best.
