Leeds United visit West Ham in Sunday’s FA Cup quarter-final at the London Stadium, with a Wembley semi-final at stake. According to yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk, both clubs face late fitness calls after the March international break.

The sides had 22 senior internationals away, and fresh issues emerged. Daniel Farke and Nuno Espirito Santo said assessments were ongoing.

Leeds have a boost with left-back Gabi Gudmundsson available after suspension. He has shrugged off a knee knock picked up in a World Cup qualifier and then completed the full play-off win over Poland. For West Ham, young full-back Oliver Scarles is back following October’s collarbone fracture and a later knock against Brentford, and he was an unused substitute at Aston Villa.

West Ham centre-back Jean-Clair Todibo is a doubt after a calf problem in the warm-up at Aston Villa. Medical checks are continuing. Konstantinos Mavropanos sustained a head injury in a 1-0 defeat against Paraguay, and under concussion protocols his involvement is uncertain.

Crysencio Summerville, sidelined since the Brentford tie with a calf issue, missed West Ham’s next two matches and the Netherlands fixtures. He is being assessed day by day, and a late decision is likely.

For Leeds, Noah Okafor is a slight doubt after a hamstring lay-off, having returned as a substitute against Brentford. He did not feature for Switzerland during the break, with caution taken so soon after injury.
