What each team needs to reach Champions League last 16 or playoff | OneFootball

The Champions League league phase ends with 18 simultaneous fixtures and much undecided. Arsenal and Bayern are into the last 16, while Villarreal, Kairat Almaty, Slavia Prague and Eintracht are out.

According to as.com, Arsenal, on 21, need a point to seal first, hosting eliminated Kairat Almaty. They would lose top spot if they lose and Bayern overturn a five-goal gap. Bayern, on 18, could take first if Arsenal lose and they win at PSV.

Real Madrid, on 15, qualify with a point and could be second if they beat Benfica and Bayern lose. Liverpool, also on 15 but worse, host Qarabag.

Tottenham, on 14, visit Eintracht and qualify with a win, otherwise results among 10 chasers decide.

PSG, Newcastle, Chelsea, Barcelona, Sporting, City and Atlético on 13, guaranteed the playoff but not the last 16. If all win, goal difference decides, chances rise if Tottenham fail to win or Liverpool and Madrid lose.

Juventus and Inter, on 12, must win and hope for slips from those above. Juventus host Monaco, Inter visit Dortmund. Dortmund, on 11, need a point against Inter for the playoff, a win keeps a mathematical route to the last 16.

Galatasaray and Qarabag on 10 visit City and Liverpool and must finish above at least three of the nine behind. Marseille, Leverkusen and Monaco on 9 advance with a win. The eight-pointers, including Athletic and PSV, risk trouble with defeat, while Brugge on seven must beat Marseille or draw and rely on help.
