Eight teams will get whittled down in four in March
The eight-team line-up for the Nations League quarter-finals has been set.
All three previous winners - Spain, France and Portugal - won their groups, along with Germany, so will be needed for Friday’s draw.
Croatia, Italy, Netherlands and Denmark complete the set as runners-up, as eight teams are narrowed down to four for the June semi-finals and final.

The draw for the Nations League knockout stage takes place on Friday, November 22, 2024 at Uefa headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland.

The draws are set to commence from 12pm CET, which is 11am GMT.
The draws will be shown live on Friday online via a stream available on the official Uefa website.
The four League A group winners are all seeded and placed in Pot 2, with the runners-up in Pot 2.
Pot 2 is drawn first, followed by Pot 1. Teams who faced each other in the league phase cannot be drawn against each other.
League A Group winners (Pot 1): Portugal, France, Germany, Spain
League A Group runners-up (Pot 2): Croatia, Italy, Netherlands, Denmark
The two-legged quarter-final ties will take place across March 20 and March 23, 2025.
The semi-finals will take place on June 4 and 5, 2025, and the final, and third-place play-off, scheduled for June 8, 2025.
