According to Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, Provedel is expected to arrive in Milan next week to finalise his transfer to Inter. The experienced custodian will undergo his medical between Wednesday and Thursday before being announced as a new signing.

For their part, Lazio will move on by promoting Christos Mandas to the starting lineup. The Greek international spent the second half of the previous campaign on loan at Bournemouth, but didn’t make a single appearance.
