Tottenham star Tanguy Ndombele leaves the door open for future PSG transfer

Speaking to Telefoot (h/t Football.london), Tottenham midfield star Tanguy Ndombele has refused to rule out a future transfer to French Ligue 1 champions PSG.

The 24-year-old Tottenham signed for Tottenham in the summer of 2019 from Olympique Lyon. After a difficult first season at the club, the Frenchman has come into his own this term, becoming one of our most important players along with Harry Kane and Son Heung-min.

While he has insisted that he is very happy at Tottenham currently, the French international has refused to rule out a transfer to PSG in the future.

“I’m a boy from the Paris region. Wearing the Paris jersey one day? Why not – but today I’m in Tottenham, and it’s going well.”

The Tottenham midfielder also opened up on how PSG superstar Kylian Mbappe had been in touch with him to convince him to make the jump to Parc des Princes.

“I spoke with Kylian about a possible coming to PSG. Two or three years in a row we discussed it. It didn’t happen and today at Tottenham it’s going well, but why not in the future?”

Ndombele has shown great transformation over the past few months. The midfielder endured a poor debut season in England. Often criticised by Jose Mourinho, the 24-year-old has managed to win over the Portuguese and is now a regular in the starting lineup.

Hopefully, he continues his development at Tottenham in the same vein and remains at the club for a long time.
