With a late change and tactical tweak: Unión's XI to face Boca | OneFootball

While awaiting the official team sheet, Unión de Santa Fe already has its starting lineup confirmed for taking the field at La Bombonera.

In the lead-up to the match, the coaching staff made changes to the starting XI due to a physical issue in midfield and a tactical tweak in attack.

Menossi ruled out and Malcorra’s moment

The main news is in midfield. Lucas Menossi is not at 100% physically after the issue he had been dealing with during the week, so he was rested for this match. In his place comes Ignacio Malcorra, who will bring his experience and quality delivery to Unión’s midfield.

Tactical shift with Luna Diale

The other notable change is a tactical adjustment in attack: Mauro Luna Diale will play behind Cristian Tarragona, operating as the link between midfield and the lone center forward in this setup.
