Paredes has shaken off a heavy calf knock sustained in the second leg of the Copa semi-final against Real Sociedad at Anoeta.

Valverde now has almost everyone available after Sannadi, Nico Williams and Yeray returned in Getafe, and Egiluz was also included at the Coliseum. Athletic have two home league games next, Villarreal on Sunday then Osasuna on Tuesday at San Mamés. They sit eleventh on 38 points in a crowded mid-table and are pushing to reach Europe.

With the first-team group active for the eight matches remaining, youngsters Mikel Santos, Monreal, Eder García and Selton have returned to Bilbao Athletic. The side are trying to stay in contention for the Primera Federación promotion play-offs.
