Sport1 reports that VfL Wolfsburg are set to appoint Tobias Strobl as their new head coach.
The move would come after relegation from the Bundesliga, with the club seeking a swift return to the top flight.

Strobl, 38, is currently in charge of third-division side SC Verl.
He guided Verl to a sixth-place finish last season.
He would replace Dieter Hecking, who has moved into the role of managing director for sport.
