Wolves are showing an interest in Ruben Semedo, despite him being a convicted criminal.
The Olympiacos defender was handed a five-year suspended jail sentence and an eight-year ban from visiting Spain last July.
The 27-year-old Portugal international was behind bars in a Spanish jail for five months, after a charge of attempted murder.
He was eventually convicted for robbery, assault, kidnapping, and firearms.
According to The Sun, Wolves still wish to sign Semedo on a one-year loan deal with the option to buy.
