Wolves have confirmed that head coach Vítor Pereira has signed a new three-year contract at Molineux.
The Portuguese coach arrived in December with the club in the relegation zone, but he eventually guided them to safety after a remarkable turnaround.
Pereira oversaw a club-record six straight Premier League wins last season, earning a nomination for Manager of the Season.
He has since led a squad rebuild and, despite a difficult start to this campaign, is now set to continue his project in the West Midlands.
Pereira told the club website: “I’m very proud to be Wolves head coach. It's an honour for me.
"This is the club that gave me the chance to come to the Premier League, the best league in the world.
"The people here embraced me as a member of the family, me and my staff we feel very good in the city, among the supporters."
