The Azzurri have collected three points in the opening two games in Group I and see Gattuso make his debut as the new head coach after replacing Luciano Spalletti in June.
Gattuso called up 28 players, but Gianluca Scamacca was forced to withdraw on Thursday because of a knee issue.
Multiple sources, including Sky Sport Italia, report that Gattuso is expected to start Kean and Retegui up front with Matteo Politano and Mattia Zaccagni on the wings.

The game is available to watch on Amazon Prime and the Prime Video app in the UK. Fans in the USA can watch the game on Fubo and ViX, while DAZN will broadcast Italy-Estonia in Canada.
