Wrexham host Leicester City in the Championship at Cae Ras on Tuesday, 20 January 2026, with three points between the sides and a chance to edge closer to the play-off places.
Their only meeting this season finished 1-1. Wrexham are 10th on 40 points, while Leicester City sit 13th with 37.
Phil Parkinson's team have won three of their past four league games, though they lost to Norwich last time out. The Foxes have three wins in five across league and cup, but were beaten at Coventry in their most recent league outing.
Wrexham remain without Danny Ward, Eliott Lee, Ryan Hardie, Lewis Brunt and Aaron James. The Foxes list Victor Kristiansen and Aaron Ramsey as injured.
The hosts' route may come from width and aerial strength. They've delivered a high volume of open-play crosses and scored 10 headed goals, with Kieffer Moore on 10 for the season. By contrast, the Foxes tend to keep the ball, averaging 52% possession with 83.01% passing accuracy, and carry threat through Jordan James (nine goals) and creator Abdul Fatawu (seven assists).
A win would lift Wrexham to 43 points and could move them closer to the top six. Victory for the Foxes would take them to 40 points and keep them in touch with the cluster chasing the play-off positions.
