The transfer window is just around the corner, and following Tony D’Amico’s official announcement, Roma is ready to make its decision regarding both incoming and outgoing transfers.
Once the issues surrounding expiring players and UEFA’s FFP restrictions have been resolved, the Giallorossi will also focus on signings to strengthen the squad.
In midfield, a name that could be a good fit for the Roman club is Yunus Musah.
The 2002-born player, on loan to Atalanta from AC Milan last season, is unlikely to remain with the Rossoneri next season.
According to Il Messaggero, the new organizational structure of the Milanello club remains to be seen, but the American could be packing his bags.
And Trigoria could be one of the destinations. Especially if Koné’s transfer goes through, Musah could become a solid addition to Gian Piero Gasperini’s squad. His market value is just over €10 million, and the midfielder could represent a potential opportunity for Roma.
In the 2025-2026 season, Musah spent the first six months at Milanello, making just one Serie A appearance. In January, he moved to Bergamo, just a few kilometers from Milan, to play for Atalanta. He hasn’t missed a single Serie A match for the Nerazzurri, making 19 appearances and scoring one goal.
