Some more bad news during the international break. With four Red Bulls out injured, there is another to add to the list:

Christian Zawieschitzky is also returning to Salzburg early from international duty due to injury. Our 19-year-old goalkeeper is leaving the Austrian U21 national team with an adductor injury and will now undergo further examinations and treatment.

As previously announced, the following quartet is also sidelined due to injuryt:

Nikolas Veratschnig sustained a ligament injury to his right knee after being fouled during his senior national team debut for Austria against Kosovo. The 23-year-old is returning to Salzburg immediately and will be unavailable for our Red Bulls for several weeks.
Enrique Aguilar has also returned to Salzburg due to injury. The young Swiss player picked up a thigh injury during a U20 match against the Czech Republic - further examinations are pending.
Justin Omoregie will not play again until the new year, unfortunately. The 23-year-old suffered a severe ankle injury last week during a friendly match - played by co-operation partner FC Liefering against WSG Tirol - and has already undergone surgery. He faces a long spell on the sidelines
Damir Redzic returned to Salzburg yesterday. The Hungarian had to be substituted following a rough tackle during his country's Nations League match against Ukraine. He sustained a ligament injury to his right ankle and will also be out of action for a few weeks.
