Zidane 2006 World Cup final shirt, valued at €15,000 to €30,000, to be auctioned

A match-prepared shirt for Zinédine Zidane from the 2006 World Cup final will go under the hammer in October, with an estimate of 15,000 to 30,000 euros.

According to L'Équipe, the shirt was prepared for the final but was not worn by Zidane.

The auction will run exclusively online from 25 October to 7 November.

The item was originally won in an Adidas competition at the time and has remained with the winner since.

Authentication documents will accompany the lot.
