Adrien Thomasson remains undecided over his RC Lens future, with his deal up in June. The co-captain alongside Florian Sotoca has yet to make a call.

According to L'Équipe, the midfielder joined in January 2023 during a remarkable campaign that ended second in Ligue 1. Lens have been top for the past two matchdays. He turned 32 on Wednesday.

He has held talks with the club and is weighing up several factors before deciding. The situation is not preoccupying him and he is focused on the present.

He feels very fulfilled within the team, the club and the region, while acknowledging that anything can happen and football often brings surprises.

He has closed the door on a January move, intent on seeing Lens’s season through.
