AeroFla planned as Flamengo fans set for Lucas Paquetá welcome | OneFootball

Flamengo have announced the signing of Lucas Paquetá on Wednesday, 28. According to Coluna Do Fla, supporters are preparing another AeroFla to welcome the returning midfielder.

He will fly from England to Rio de Janeiro on Wednesday, 28, with arrival expected at about 10:40 Brasília time on Thursday, 29. Fans are set to turn out in large numbers.

The club are working to register him in the CBF’s Boletim Informativo Diário. They want the midfielder to make his debut on Sunday, 01 against Corinthians in the Supercopa do Brasil.

After weeks of talks, Flamengo reached agreement with West Ham to sign Paquetá for 42 million euros, R$ 260 million, on a five-year contract.

Of the 42 million euros, Flamengo will pay 15.250 million euros, around R$ 94.545, upfront to West Ham. The remaining 26,75 million euros, or R$ 165,84 million, will be settled in four instalments through to 2028.

Meanwhile, Flamengo prepare to face São Paulo at MorumBIS at 21:30 Brasília time in the first round of the Brasileirão 2025. The game will be broadcast on Globo, GE TV on YouTube, and Premiere.
