Bastia’s Armand-Cesari has been suspended after fan unrest following the 0-1 home defeat to Boulogne-sur-Mer on 13 March. The Amiens game on three April will be played on neutral ground behind closed doors.

At full-time, some Sporting Club de Bastia supporters, angered by their club’s position at the foot of Ligue 2, threw a flare onto the pitch. A fire broke out in the stands and some attempted to enter the dressing rooms, according to L'Équipe.

The Ligue de football professionnelle’s disciplinary commission has placed the case under investigation and will deliver its verdict on eight April.

The Corsican side are bottom with 19 points, four adrift of Amiens, who sit 16th in the relegation play-off place.

The 29th-round meeting could be decisive in their survival push. Victory would offer a lifeline as they try to avoid relegation to National, the future Ligue 3.
