Real Madrid and Florentino Perez have a dream to sign Michael Olise, and the player’s recent World Cup campaign alongside Kylian Mbappe only made it clear why Los Blancos should not miss out on the chance of signing him.

The player, on his part, is said to be obsessed with the idea of playing for Real Madrid and is willing to push to ensure it goes through. In fact, he is even said to have expressed his wish to some of his compatriots.

While Real Madrid have been leaving no stone unturned to make conditions amicable for the transfer, Bayern Munich have vehemently resisted the idea and insisted that the player is not for sale.

As relayed by AS, the Bavarians’ recent social media announcement of their second kit’s launch was virtually an unofficial announcement of their intent.

On Monday, Bayern Munich officially presented their away kit for the new season with a video post, and Olise features front and centre as one of the protagonists of the advertisement.

Across the clip, the French star is seen posing with the new kit in multiple scenes, almost as if the club wanted to send out a loud and clear message that he is there to stay at Bayern Munich at any cost.

Real Madrid’s condition

Real Madrid and Bayern Munich have maintained cordial ties over the years and have no intention of breaking that synergy over Olise’s transfer.

The two clubs, thus, are said to have reached an unofficial understanding that they will maintain complete transparency on his transfer and will not work behind the scenes with any improper advances.

Los Blancos respect that Olise has a contract in place and are aware that the Germans are not in the habit of selling star players. They will, thus, make a move only if Olise personally conveys to the Bayern Munich administration that he wishes to leave.

If a move is to go through, there are good chances that it breaks the sport’s all-time transfer fee record given the German side’s expectations and the player’s valuation.
