Brasileirão: Flamengo set schedule for Cruzeiro and Botafogo fixtures this week | OneFootball

Flamengo have set out a packed week around two Brasileirão fixtures, Cruzeiro on Wednesday 11 and Botafogo on Saturday 14. According to Coluna Do Fla, Leonardo Jardim’s squad will follow a strict timetable.

Fresh from winning the Campeonato Carioca against Fluminense, the players reported back at 10:00 on Monday the ninth at CT Ninho do Urubu.

Training continues at 17:00 on Tuesday 10, after which the squad will remain in camp at the training centre.

On Wednesday 11, Jardim will oversee a muscle activation session at 11:00 before Flamengo face Cruzeiro at the Maracanã in the fifth round of the Brasileirão. The coach favours working with the players on matchdays.

There is no day off after Cruzeiro. Sessions are planned for 11:30 on Thursday 12 and 17:00 on Friday 13, with camp maintained, before Botafogo v Flamengo at Estádio Nilton Santos on Saturday 14 in the sixth round. All times Brasília time.
