Brentford host Manchester City at Gtech Community Stadium in our next Premier League fixture on Sunday 5 October (kick-off 4.30pm BST).

The match will be broadcast live on Sky Sports.

Use this guide to help you get ready for matchday.

Learn CPR at the match and join Heart of West London activity

This fixture is a Heart of West London dedicated matchday, and Brentford will be raising awareness of the importance of good cardiac health and CPR education.

Fans at the match can take two minutes to learn potentially life-saving CPR skills. It may be the most important two minutes of your life.

Heart of West London activity on the day includes:

  • CPR demonstrations in our premium areas, as well as pitchside at half-time
  • A fan display in the north stand before kick-off - fans in this area should take their seat in time for the players’ walk-out to take part
  • Former Bees player Andy Scott will be chatting with Stu Wakeford before kick-off about the importance of getting your heart screened for cardiac risk
  • Brentford players will warm up in shirts featuring Resuscitation Council UK’s ‘CPQR’ code which, when scanned, takes you to a two-minute CPR video tutorial
  • Brentford players’ shirts from the game will be auctioned by MatchWornShirts, with all proceeds from sales going to the Heart of West London campaign.

Digital ticketing - download your ticket in advance and arrive early to avoid queues

Digital ticketing will be in operation for this fixture. If you’ve purchased a ticket or have been sent your season ticket (premium seat holders included), you can download it now to your Apple or Google Wallet on your smartphone.

To help you get into the ground smoothly, we advise all fans to:

  • Download your ticket onto your phone before you arrive, so it’s ready at the turnstile without the need for internet connection
  • Arrive early to avoid queues - see our early arrival offer below

As a thank you to fans who arrive early, a reduced-price early bird offer is available on food and drink.

Concourse offers, available 30 minutes after turnstiles open, 3pm-3.30pm:

  • £4.50 on all alcoholic drinks
  • £1.95 on all soft drinks
  • £4.50 on all food items (excluding guest caterers)

Premium area offers, available for one hour after turnstiles open, 2-3pm:

  • £4.50 on alcoholic drinks (excluding cocktails, wines or spirits)
  • £1.95 on all soft drinks
  • £2 off select food items (£4.50 for all food items in the Dugout except confectionery and doughnuts

On the day, we will have ‘Here to Help’ stewards in position at every entrance to the stadium ready to answer your questions.

Please make sure your phone is fully charged before setting off. If your battery runs out, charging stations are available at the box office to help you access your ticket.

The box office opens at 12.30pm. We strongly recommend that you visit the box office as early as possible to resolve your issues before you begin your normal pre-match routine.

The box office phone lines will be open from 12.30pm and close at 2pm to help our team prepare for the match.

Travel - District line closures may impact your travel on matchday

Train

Areas of the District line across west London will be closed on matchday, with no services running towards Ealing Broadway, Richmond, Wimbledon and Embankment. You will not be able to take the District line to any station near the ground.

London Overground trains will still be in service at Gunnersbury.

South Western Railway services to Kew Bridge station are unaffected.

In light of digital ticketing guidance, please plan ahead for an early arrival to the Gtech.

You can use the Transport for London journey planner or Citymapper to find an alternative route to the match.

Parking

We advise you to take public transport to the match where possible.

You can pre-book parking through our website for secure parking on matchday. No reserved parking is available to supporters unless a space has been pre-booked.

Cycling

Use our permanent bike racks outside Gtech Community Stadium to park your bike on matchday, located next to the staircase on Lionel Road South, outside the west stand.

Cycle parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, and you must bring your own bike lock. For general information about cycling to the Gtech, including cycle highways in our area, visit our Bike to Brentford page. Please note that this is not a dedicated Bike to Brentford matchday and bike parking will only be available at our permanent bike racks.

Pre-match build-up

Take your seat early to enjoy our pre-match presentation this Sunday, including:

  • The World Cup of Red and White - vote for your all-time favourite red and white striped Brentford shirt, with a winner crowned at the end of the season. This matchday: 2020/21 vs 2013/14 (3.55pm)
  • A pre-match chat with Andy Scott on Heart of West London (4pm)
  • Fan display in the west stand (4.20pm)

BeeOrder - get a free drink when you preorder a Yorkshire pudding wrap

Use BeeOrder to skip the pre-match queues and request food items from other menus across the stadium.

For this matchday, pre-order a Yorkshire pudding wrap with chicken, roast potatoes and gravy and get a free can of Lech or soft drink.

Access BeeOrder on the Brentford app to pre-order food and drink 72 hours before matchday.

Items ordered on BeeOrder can only be collected pre-match, but you can beat the queues with access to our dedicated BeeOrder collection points.

Our self-service screens remain available to fans pre-ordering food for collection at any time.

20 per cent off all food and drink post-match in The Dugout bar

After the match, The Dugout bar in the South Stand will be open to Bees fans to enjoy, with 20 per cent off all food and drink until 7.45pm (doors close at 8pm)

Countdown to kick-off - the timings you need to know

12.30pm: Box office opens for all matchday enquiries (closes at half-time)

2pm: Premium doors open (early bird offers on food and drink until 3pm)

3pm: General admission doors open (early bird offers on food and drink until 3.30pm)

3.30pm: Heart of West London activity begins, including CPR demonstrations around the ground

4.30pm: Kick-off

8pm: The Dugout closes (bar closes at 7.45pm)

Please note our list of items that are not permitted into the stadium, including large bags and suitcases. There are no bag storage facilities at Gtech Community Stadium.
