Indeed, all clubs will be required to release their players before December 8, allowing them to participate in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, which will be held in Morocco from December 21, 2025 to January 18, 2026. This measure is designed to ensure that national teams have the opportunity for full preparation ahead of the tournament kick-off.
The CAN 2025 groups are as follows:Group A: Morocco, Mali, Zambia, Comoros.Group B: Egypt, South Africa, Angola, Zimbabwe.Group C: Nigeria, Tunisia, Uganda, Tanzania.Group D: Senegal, Democratic Republic of Congo, Benin, Botswana.Group E: Algeria, Burkina Faso, Equatorial Guinea, Sudan.
