Chelsea to sign Strasbourg’s Emanuel Emegha in 2026 | OneFootball

Chelsea FC will bolster Enzo Maresca’s attacking options with RC Strasbourg Alsace centre-forward Emanuel Emegha (22) from next season onwards, according to Fabrizio Romano. The Italian reporter understands that a pre-agreement has been reached between the two BlueCo-owned clubs for the Dutch U21 international to join the Premier League side next year.

Emegha’s upcoming switch to Stamford Bridge hardly comes as a surprise, given the form he has shown with Liam Rosenior’s Alsatians since his arrival two years ago from Sturm Graz. The 22-year-old has already logged 26 goals and five assists in 64 outings for Strasbourg. He has hit the ground running since the start of the season with three goals in four games.

Romano adds that Chelsea anticipated that Premier League and Champions League would be circling Emegha next summer. Eventually, the Strasbourg captain will join the Ligue 1 side’s partner club over a seven-year deal with the Blues.
