Corinthians will return to Fazendinha on Friday at 21:00 to face Red Bull Bragantino in the sixth round of the Brasileirão Feminino, after the stadium was cleared for night events.

According to Meu Timao, the Federação Paulista de Futebol barred night fixtures there in May 2025 because of lighting failures.

Since then, Corinthians had to relocate home games, even using Neo Química Arena twice in 2026. Despite the superior infrastructure, those matches produced a loss of more than R$ 100,000, as shown in club financial bulletins.

The works that enabled the reopening were led by the club’s Heritage and Works Department, which replaced all wiring and installed new floodlights. Investment has already exceeded R$ 400,000 to meet the federation’s requirements.

Fazendinha is also seen as central to the identity of Corinthians’ women, known as the Brabas. Coach Emily Lima and captain Gabi Zanotti have previously underlined the value of a fixed home, closer to supporters and familiar for the squad.

Back at the stadium, the Brabas aim to extend their good run. They have won two in a row and sit sixth with 10 points, targeting consolidation in the top half.
