Cristiano Ronaldo watched WWE icon The Undertaker deliver a dramatic entrance before Al Nassr faced Al-Hilal in the Riyadh Season Cup final at Kingdom Arena on Thursday.

According to Sports.ndtv.com, the lights at Kingdom Arena were cut, a giant moon filled the screen and lasers swept the stands as The Undertaker, real name Mark William Calaway, walked out to unveil the trophy.

Ronaldo smiled and shared a joke with team-mates as the wrestling great raised the silverware.

Making his first appearance since overcoming an injury, the 39-year-old started but Al Nassr lost 2-0 to rivals Al-Hilal, with Sergej Milinkovic-Savic and Salem Al-Dawasari scoring in the first half.

Ronaldo ended 2023 as the world’s top scorer with 54 goals for Portugal and Al Nassr.

He holds the world record for international goals, with 128 for Portugal since his 2003 debut, and has won the UEFA Nations League and the EURO Cup.

This Saudi Pro League season he has played 18 matches for Al Nassr, scoring 20 goals and providing nine assists.
